 | The WELL Living Lab is the headquarters and laboratory for WELL certification in Beijing, China. The project is located in Shunyi District of Beijing, with the land to the east facing Tianzhu East Road, the north facing Beiwei Fourth Street, and the south side facing Liuliqiao Road. The total site area is 40,000 square meters, and the building area is 2,400 square meters, with a height of four floors above ground and no basement. The project follows the LEED green building standards and emphasizes comfort, using high technology and low energy consumption during construction. |
