Introduction to Nearly Zero Energy Building Certification
|According to the national standard "Technical Standard for Nearly Zero Energy Buildings" GB/T51350-2019, based on the energy-saving design standards implemented in 2016, "ultra-low energy buildings", "nearly zero energy buildings", and "zero energy buildings" are proposed as development directions for future energy-saving work in the building sector. For simplicity, they are combined and expressed as "nearly zero energy buildings.|
Adapt to climate characteristics and site conditions, reduce building heating, air conditioning, and lighting demand to the maximum extent through passive building design, improve the efficiency of energy equipment and systems to the maximum extent through active technical measures, fully utilize renewable energy, and provide a comfortable indoor environment with the least energy consumption, and its indoor environmental parameters and energy efficiency indicators comply with the "Technical Standard for Nearly Zero Energy Buildings" GB/T 51350-2019.
The building energy consumption level should be reduced by more than 60% to 75% compared to the national standard "Energy-saving Design Standard for Public Buildings" GB 50189-2015 and industry standards "Energy-saving Design Standard for Residential Buildings in Severe Cold and Cold Regions" JGJ 26-2010, "Energy-saving Design Standard for Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Regions" JGJ 134-2016, and "Energy-saving Design Standard for Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Regions" JGJ 75-2012.
In this evaluation system, the main evaluation indicators are divided into five aspects: indoor design parameters, building envelope structure and air tightness, load indicators, building heating and air conditioning systems, and energy consumption indicators.
The inherent law it follows is: to ensure a healthy and comfortable indoor air environment in buildings, it is necessary to specify indoor design parameters, which is the foundation and also the concrete manifestation of the "people-oriented" concept in buildings.
The final evaluation standard is implemented on the total energy consumption index of the building, and the rest is to ensure the realization of the energy consumption index by regulating all related aspects.
