 | The Kunhe Center is located in Xiacheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The total construction area is approximately 112,000 square meters, including high-end commercial and 5A office buildings. The high-end commercial area, Hangzhou Tower Shopping City, Building C (Kunhe Store), covers approximately 42,000 square meters, while the office building covers 39,000 square meters. In December 2010, Kunhe Center became the first LEED-CS Gold certified office building in Zhejiang Province. In May 2020, it became the first LEED-EB Platinum certified office building in Zhejiang Province. |
