The Zhongda Intime City project is a large-scale commercial complex project invested by Hangzhou Zhongda Shengma Real Estate. The project is located in the north of Hangzhou. The site area of the project site is 37,860 square meters, with a total construction area of 326,418 square meters. There are seven buildings above ground, among which buildings 1 and 2 are office buildings, building 3 is the Intime commercial building, and buildings 4 to 7 are creative office buildings. In the early stage of the project design, the certification target of the project was determined, and the design and deepening were carried out with reference to the various indicators of the LEED green building system, with high requirements and low energy consumption as the premise for construction. The relevant requirements and standards of LEED run through the entire design and construction process of the project. |
