 | The Shanghai Jiangning Road Jing'an 54A project is a commercial office complex developed by Shanghai Xin Guo Huang Real Estate Co., Ltd. Construction began on September 1st, 2019, and has been completed by December 2022. The project is located at 258 Jiangning Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai, with a land area of 10,455 square meters and 22 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. From the beginning of the project design, the cash concept of the LEED building standard was introduced, and the goal of achieving LEED Platinum certification was formulated and ultimately implemented in the actual project construction. Currently, the project has completed the LEED design phase work and will launch the LEED construction phase work after the construction phase is completed. |
