This project is a commercial office invested by Dingxin International Group. The project is located on the northwest corner of Wuzhong Road and Hongjing Road in Shanghai, with a total area of 32,182 square meters and three buildings, namely Building A, Building B, and Building C, with a total construction area of 126,746 square meters. In the early stage of project planning and design, the certification goals of the project were determined, and the design and deepening were carried out in reference to the various indicators of the LEED rating system, with high requirements and low energy consumption as the premise for construction. The relevant requirements and standards of LEED run through the entire design and construction process of the project. The project obtained the LEED Gold certification in June 2015.
