The Shanghai Xinchang Guen Road factory renovation project is funded by Jihui Investment Co., Ltd. and is located at the northwest intersection of Gudan Road and Xinhuan Road in Xinchang Town, Pudong District, Shanghai. The total site area is 25,690 square meters and comprises four buildings, including Workshop 1, Workshop 2, Workshop 3, and the Research and Development Office, with a total construction area of 38,149.31 square meters. The project follows the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED certification program, and is built with high technology and low energy consumption in mind. The reuse rate of the old building's envelope structure is over 75%, significantly reducing the environmental impact of the building throughout its life cycle. The project is currently applying for a LEED Gold certification. |
