The office is located on the 31st floor of the Han Guo City Commercial Center at 3031 Shennan Middle Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, with a total construction area of 236 square meters and a distance of 480 meters from the Huaqiang Road subway station.

The project was constructed in accordance with the LEED and WELL building standards, emphasizing a people-centered approach and employee comfort as the premise of construction. The office has performed well in air quality, water quality, lighting, noise, and thermal comfort testing. It has obtained the LEED-CI Gold Certification and WELL Platinum Certification.
