The Beijing Gemdale Plaza is located in the core area of the Beijing Central Business District, on the bustling extension of Dongchang'an Street and adjacent to the Eastern Third Ring Road. It consists of two super high-rise international Grade A office buildings covering an intensive area of 110,000 square meters, a fashionable shopping center of approximately 30,000 square meters, and an international residential area of about 150,000 square meters. The building and landscape designs were respectively executed by the renowned American companies SOM and SWA, making it one of the famous business landmarks in Beijing.

The office tenants include world-famous companies such as Estée Lauder, Bayer, SoftBank China, DuPont China, Swarovski, Itochu Marubeni Steel Corporation, etc.

The shopping center houses global and trendy brands such as ZARA, SEPHORA, SWAROVSKI, CHARLES & KEITH, CALZEDONIA, Watsons, STARBUCKS, Jade Garden, WAGAS, HEYTEA, and other well-known and internet-famous fashion brands.
