Das Intellitech Office Building is an office building developed by Shenzhen Das Intellitech. The building is located in the High-Tech Industrial Park in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, adjacent to the east side of Shenzhen University and 300 meters away from Shenda Station of the Shenzhen Metro. It has a total site area of 11,195 square meters and consists of 45 floors above ground and 4 floors underground.

The project was constructed in accordance with the various indicators of the LEED certification system, emphasizing comfort and using high technology and low energy consumption as a prerequisite for construction. It has now obtained the LEED Platinum certification, making it the first "dual-standard, triple-certified" green and intelligent super high-rise building in China. "Dual-standard" refers to compliance with both the Chinese Green Lable standard and the US LEED standard; "triple-certified" includes the US LEED Platinum certification, the Chinese Green Building Lable three-star certification, and the Shenzhen green building Platinum certification.
