Z3 Project in the core area of Beijing CBD actively responds to the "3060 dual carbon" goal, and plans to create a low-carbon building project with high synergy and integration of "low carbon, intelligence, and technology". The project carries out special research on green and low-carbon development, including low-carbon building design, construction, operation, and maintenance, and conducts carbon emissions accounting and optimization, preparation of special low-carbon research reports, as well as low-carbon operation evaluation and publicity after the completion of the project. The aim of the project is to establish a low-carbon demonstration model for super high-rise headquarters office buildings, and provide low-carbon and carbon reduction solutions for the entire life cycle of "planning, design, construction, and maintenance" of buildings.

Assessment Guideline for Carbon Neutral Building

Our Works:

Consultancy services for carbon neutrality throughout the entire building life cycle (planning-design-construction-operation).

Objective: Establish project objectives based on the "Assessment Guideline for Carbon Neutral Building" and the client's expectations.

Approach：Develop a carbon reduction technology plan that covers the entire building life cycle, taking into account the project's characteristics and the client's requirements, and provide implementation strategies.

Implementation：Conduct carbon emissions calculations for the building, optimize low-carbon solutions, and perform cost analysis. Conduct "passive design," "energy-saving design of mechanical and electrical systems," "renewable energy systems sizing" "assessment and reduction of embodied carbon," and "carbon offset calculations."

Disclosure：Assist the client in publishing a "carbon neutrality declaration" for the project, in accordance with "Assessment Guideline for Carbon Neutral Building".

Review：Submit relevant documents, such as drawings, carbon neutrality declaration, carbon emissions calculation report, and testing report, and etc. to apply for carbon neutrality building certification

Results：Ultimately obtain a "gold-level" carbon neutrality building certification from the"Assessment Guideline for Carbon Neutral Building"
