Vice General Manager of Topenergy, with over 20 years of experience in enterprise management and green low-carbon technology consulting. Formerly served as the Director of the research office at the Aerospace Department of China, a technical backbone of a national key laboratory, and participated in the research of national key scientific research projects. In addition, also served as the technical training manager of Beijing Time Warner Company, sales director of the Greater China region of the American Video Company, market and sales director of the Asia-Pacific region of the Singapore Technology Computer Group, and vice president of Silicon Valley Power (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Since 2012, focused on quality improvement research and practice based on green, energy-saving, low-carbon, environmental protection, and health values after entering the green energy-saving industry. Successfully promoted the concept of green buildings combined with the company's main business to the national market and completed the landing of green building service market strategies by region and building type. Engaged in research and consulting on building carbon neutrality and corporate carbon strategies for a long time based on the national "3060" carbon strategy goal, and provided carbon neutrality consulting services to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University

• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University

• Familiar with domestic and international standards such as green buildings, low-carbon buildings, near-zero energy buildings, and healthy buildings, and have rich consulting and implementation experience;

• Guided the implementation of numerous green building and healthy building projects and dedicated to promoting the application of standards such as LEED, China Green Building Label, and WELL in China;

• Engaged in long-term research and consulting on building carbon neutrality and corporate carbon strategies, and participated in the planning and implementation of carbon neutrality and carbon reduction programs for multiple enterprises;

• Proficient in the enterprise dual-carbon path planning and target setting based on SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative), and provided scientific and feasible carbon reduction solutions for enterprises.
